First-time clients receive a complimentary 10-minute consultation prior to treatment to discuss skin goals, concerns, and personalized recommendations before beginning their service.

Preparation will vary depending on your treatment. In general, arrive with clean skin if possible and avoid introducing any new or irritating skincare products immediately before your appointment. Treatment-specific preparation instructions will be provided when necessary.

• Makeup can be applied the following day, though many clients prefer to enjoy the post-treatment glow makeup-free.
• Continue a consistent at-home skincare routine to maintain results between treatments.

• Skip makeup for the first 24 hours if possible. If makeup is necessary, use clean brushes or sponges and opt for gentle, mineral-based formulas.
• Cleanse gently using a mild, non-exfoliating cleanser. Avoid scrubs, cleansing brushes, or harsh active ingredients immediately after treatment.
• Keep skin hydrated with a gentle moisturizer and hydrating serums such as hyaluronic acid.• Avoid retinoids, AHAs, BHAs, vitamin C, and other active ingredients for 48 hours unless otherwise directed.
• Avoid physical exfoliation for at least one week.
• Light to moderate exercise is fine the same day if comfortable. Sweating may cause mild temporary redness or sensitivity, but is not harmful.
• Avoid swimming pools, hot tubs, saunas, and steam rooms for 24 hours, as chlorine and excessive heat may irritate freshly exfoliated skin.
• Drink plenty of water to support hydration and overall skin health following treatment.
